About Us

The Edition Group is an established one-stop property development organisation based near the Southbank, London SE1. We work in a creative studio environment with a team of in-house architects, craftsmen, land buyers and investment to cover all aspects of property development. The triptych form encompasses new roles of the informed client, architect, and craft based builder whilst reigniting the possibilities and return of the 'master builder'.

The organisation is driven by risks, autonomy, experimentation and reinvention. New typologies are as possible as new building briefs as in turn are new building technologies and methodologies. The research is applied and empirically tested through built works on site. Our aim is to become one of London’s most progressive development organisations, focussing on unique architectural ventures. Our projects range from £1-50m development value at various scales from one off housing schemes to larger regeneration projects.
